About Sandra’s Art
The patina that life and time leave on the urban landscape captivates me. It creates a visual and physical texture, telling a story most of which we can only imagine. As we journey through a place we build our own picture from a collection remembered images, considerations and feelings. The amalgamation of these experiences gives us a feeling of having been there, a personal familiarly, a sense of that place. When Sandra paints, she draws and redraws her experience, recreating the visual texture; layering and imprinting her own interpretation of a place, or creating an new and imagined sense of somewhere.
Paintings are available as original pieces or as limited edition prints.
